On Thursday, in just Three Decisions, Trump Proved to the World that his Illegitimate Presidency is a Dismal Failure

The Carlottsville Terrorist

In just one day Trump made several decisions which were worse than most presidents make in two terms, while Mick Mulvaney added another mental mistake and later lied in a futile attempt to cover it up.

First he confirmed the withdrawal of nearly all American troops from the border between Syria and Turkey. Trump made this decision after a phone call between Turkish President/Dictator Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He capitulated to a despotic leader and betrayed our allies in the fight against ISIS. The Kurds are now under attack from Erdogan’s forces.

This poor and ill-advised decision was heavily criticized by Democrats and Republicans alike. In a single action all credibility America had left in the world was taken away.

Trump’s second mistake was to announce that next year’s G7 summit would be hosted by his Doral Country Club in Florida. By Saturday the orange man reneged on his announcement. Someone in this Republican Party in name only must actually understand government and the laws which are directly attributable to the president.

This would have been a blatant violation of the Emoluments Act which prevents a sitting president from profiting while conducting any type of business with foreign leaders or their country’s business interests. This would have been another impeachable offense.

Next, Trump told his supporters that removing our military from the Turkey/Syria border was a plan to remove our troops from the Middle East. This lie was twofold and the mainstream media must expose your liar-in-chief.

These American soldiers are not coming home; they have been deployed to northern Iraq. At the same time Trump ordered 3,000 troops to Saudi Arabia. That’s right; he is sending Americans to defend a foreign nation which is in fact an enemy of the United States. There is a real possibility of a military conflict between Iran and the Saudis which would not directly affect America or its interests in the region.

A final event on a very eventful day. Acting Chief of Staff, Mick Mulvaney admitted that Trump had intentionally delayed sending $391 million to Ukraine unless Joe and Hunter Biden were placed under investigation about an issue which was settled years ago; “quid pro quo.” Although Mulvaney made this admission in front of the television cameras, he is denying the fact today.

Impeachment, a trial, and federal prison should be the events in Trump’s immediate future.
