Did you ever Wonder where Trump’s Slogan “Make America Great Again” Originated? From 1970’s KKK Members

In the late 1970’s David Dukes was the Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. Today he is a major supporter of Donald John Trump. Trump has refused to denounce his support and is obviously a thankful recipient of this neo-Nazi’s adulation. It was Dukes who first used the slogan “Make America Great Again” in the late 1970’s.

Many of America’s presidents were racist, including Andrew Jackson, Woodrow Wilson, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, Ronald Reagan, and Donald Trump. However, not a single man who claimed the title of President of the United States has been as open about his support of white supremacy as Trump.

When Trump began his campaign in June of 2015 I laughed. This egomaniacal fool with a checkered past could not possibly become the President of the United States. He was woefully unqualified and had failed at everything in his life. I have never been more mistaken. Just weeks later the world learned that this narcissistic man was a racist.

I call his campaign events “hate rallies” because they are. Not once has he discussed the serious problems facing America. These sad and embarrassing events are filled with anger, hatred, inciting violence, and personal attacks on anyone who disagrees with his moronic ideas.

Then it happened. In August of 2017 Neo-Nazis held a rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. They called it the “Unite the Right Rally.” The truth was quickly revealed. It was a white power event focused on hatred and violence. One of the members of this Neo-Nazi group drove his car into the crowd opposing their despicable message. Several were injured and a 15-year-old woman was killed.

Those who fought in WWII and those of us who studied the Nazi regime of Adolf Hitler waited for Trump to denounce the men who vowed their loyalty to their fuhrer. Instead of condemning these extremists, he said, “there were good people on both sides.” Trump confirmed my greatest fear: the leader of the United States was a white supremacist.

After the event David Dukes praised Trump for his support. Not once has Trump rejected the loyalty of the KKK or any other hate group.

Last week Trump took the unprecedented act of encouraging his supporters to violate state laws. While the illegitimate President of the United States did nothing, governors of blue states acted quickly to save lives. Orders to self-quarantine slowed the spread of Covid-19.

Not only did members of the Trump Cult protest in violation of state law, they appeared on the steps of state capitals carrying military assault rifles, while some wore Nazi apparel and waved flags emblazoned with swastikas.

Trump supporters are not Americans: they are fascists. No one loyal to the nation of our founding fathers who supports the Bill of Rights would accept Trump as their president. Every day Trump violates the Constitution. Every day he lies to the American people. He has failed to address a single important issue facing our nation in the last 39 months that existed on January 20, 2017.

The current pandemic has offered irrefutable proof that Trump is mentally incapable of leading our nation. Although he first learned about the possibility of a worldwide health crisis in November of 2019, he did nothing until mid-March of 2020. Trump is not a leader, he reacts to situations, and he reacts poorly. He has failed our nation and will continue to do so for the remainder of his illegitimate presidency.

I continue to be angry and embarrassed that a lover of Nazi philosophy is defiling my White House.
